Join the “Entrepreneurship & Employment in Youth Work” training course, where you will have a chance to explore innovative approaches to creating employment opportunities and promoting social inclusion among young people.
Youth@Work – Training Course
Organized by SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre (SALTO EECA) in collaboration with the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE), Poland, this dynamic training offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with fellow youth professionals from across Eastern Partnership countries and Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.
This training will provide you with practical tools, innovative strategies, and networking opportunities to help you use entrepreneurship as a powerful tool in working with young people. All this is available to you through:
- In-depth sessions on entrepreneurship and employment strategies tailored to youth facing social exclusion.
- Expert Insights from professionals specializing in youth work, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion.
- Practical Workshops that will allow you to integrate entrepreneurial skills into your youth work practices.
- Cultural Exchange with cross-cultural discussions, you will gain new perspectives on youth employment and social entrepreneurship.
Eligibility
This training invites youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, project managers, policymakers, and researchers who actively support young people in overcoming employment barriers through entrepreneurial approaches. To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Come from Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine) or Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.
- Actively engage in supporting youth employment and entrepreneurship.
- Show eagerness to share your experiences, challenges, and successes in promoting youth employability and social entrepreneurship.
Costs and accommodation
- Participation Fee: There is no fee for participants from Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, and Ukraine). Participants from Programme Countries should check with their National Agencies (NA) for details regarding fees.
- Accommodation & Food is covered by SALTO EECA
- Travel Reimbursement: SALTO EECA will cover travel costs for participants from Eastern Partnership countries. Participants from Programme Countries should contact their NA to confirm whether travel expenses will be reimbursed.
