The Unilever Future Leaders Programme typically spans three years, allowing you to explore Unilever’s 400 diverse brands, business operations, and sustainability efforts. You’ll benefit from formal training, hands-on experiences, and continuous support from a dedicated mentor. Your exciting career journey at Unilever will be filled with opportunities to try something new each day.

- 2-4 years of accelerated development
- Leadership opportunities and being a part of purposeful work
- Diverse roles and experiences across multiple rotations
- Global exposure and international experiences
- A personalised development journey with a senior career sponsor

- Profile assessment: Play 5 short online games assessing cognitive, emotional, and social traits. You will receive personalised feedback upon completion.
- Digital Interview: Answer 3 short questions and solve a business case using Unilever scenarios. You can complete your interview anytime, anywhere.
- Virtual Day in the Life: Experience a day as a Future Leader at Unilever, including project meetings, business challenges, and a one-on-one meeting with your line manager.
