The Global Good Fund Fellowship
This fellowship makes you more resilient, competent, and successful as a leader. During 12 months, you will experience:
360° Leadership Assessment, during which you will undergo a comprehensive assessment to gain insights into your leadership skills.
Executive Coaching (Virtual), where you use the 360 assessment results, and work with an executive coach to create a personalized Leadership Development Plan.
Business Mentorship (Virtual), receive 1:1 support from a C-suite executive mentor to grow your business.
Summit (In-Person), a 4-day event combining training, networking, and bonding.
Targeted Funds: A $10,000 grant exclusively for leadership development.
Peer and subject Matter Expert Network, opportunities facilitated by GGF for fellows and alumni to engage with each other in addressing complex challenges.

Eligibility criteria
To apply for the Fellowship, you and your enterprise must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a leadership role, such as C-Suite, Co-Founder, Founder & C-Suite, or Executive Director.
- Have a full-time dedication to the enterprise.
- Enterprise must be in operation for a minimum of two years
- It must have at least two full-time, paid employees
- It should aim to have a positive social impact, beyond just profit.
- Enterprise can address issues in one of the following sectors: Financial Technology, Environment, Education, Economic Mobility, and Health (however, other impactful areas will also be considered)
