Participants will learn tangible steps that companies can take to train employees on how to prevent, identify and respond to a data breach should one occur. Types of data breaches will be discussed and how to reduce the risk of each of the various cybersecurity breaches. Finally, compliance with state and federal laws and regulations will be discussed.

Effectiveness in the workplace is hindered by silos, unnecessary conflict, and turf wars. Organizations live and die by how well they, as a culture listen, really listen to each other. Using, McDonald’s, Ford, and Circuit City as case studies, Tim will explore what happens when a culture does not listen. How to start a grass-roots movement to transform your organization to a culture of listeners from the inside out.
Empowered: The 12 Principles of High Performance
Employees and managers struggle to identify the indicators of high performance. This session will allow both employees and managers to pinpoint 12 key areas to develop to achieve high performance. In this session, the three domains and twelve key areas of high performance will be identified. There is also a survey that will be given to help you evaluate where you are on the high performance scale.
