Organized by and for students, Next Generation Forum gathers every year hundreds of young talents for a 2-day conference in Frankfurt, at the Goethe-University, to discuss about the current challenges and future opportunities at economy, business and society level.
The participants of the forum are encouraged to develop critical thinking, to challenge status quo, and discuss with professionals from business, politics, or science sectors about the current issues and future opportunities. Next Generation Forum stands out as a fantastic networking opportunity for European students who exhibit strong leadership abilities, entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking.
During the 2-day event, the attendants will have the possibility to join workshops on big-data, privacy, corporate culture and the Y generation, European economy, innovation, as well as a recruiting workshop especially designed for high potential participants. Among the speakers of the event, there will be Carsten Kratz (CEO of Boston Consulting Group in Germany), Kevin O’Brien (Editor in Chief for Handelsblatt Global Edition), Martin Deckert (Chief Operating Officer UBS Germany), Tarek Al-Wazir (Deputy Minister President for State of Hesse), Sadiq Gillani (Chief Strategy Officer for Deutsche Lufthansa), Fabian Niemann (Partner for Bird & Bird LLP), Bettina Orlopp (Head of Group Development and Strategy for Commerzbank), and David Rees (Managing Director DACH SThree).
Applications are now open and participants will be selected on a rolling basis. Although a significant part of the costs will be covered by the organizers, a small fee of EUR 35 will be charged, that covers access to the forum, coffee breaks and meals. Furthermore, accommodation in Frankfurt can be arranged for the participants for EUR 22 per night.
