The GenScript Life Science Research Grant Program allocates 40 grants, prioritizing the most innovative projects that demonstrate scientific merit, potential impact, and alignment with GenScript’s primary interests.
Funding levels will vary based on the project’s individual needs, the maximum grant possible is set at 100,000 USD.
Eligibility for receiving the research grant
GenScript Life Science Research Grant Program is open to international researchers, excluding only those where it is prohibited by law.
Eligible entities include those engaged in life sciences research:
- universities
- academic/research institutions
- biotechnology companies
- other organizations
Moreover, applicants must:
- comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- be legally recognized and authorized to conduct research in their respective jurisdictions
- submit only one application
Eligible proposals must align with GenScript’s focus areas in life science research.
Upon receipt of a grant, projects must begin immediately and remain active for up to twelve months.

- November 15, 2024
Announcement of grants will fall within six weeks of its respective deadline.
