Scaling Silicon Stroll
FutureScope has evolved from Silicon Stroll, a very successful event run by Dublin BIC in 2014 and 2015 to foster collaboration between the global technology companies based in Ireland and the entrepreneurial community.
These were small events catering specifically for the Dublin BIC network and were supported by Google, Facebook, IBM, Microsoft among others. Silicon Stroll left attendees, speakers and sponsors looking for more, leading us to scale the event and introduce FutureScope.
What goes on at FutureScope?
High calibre speakers, innovation showcases, technology demonstrations as well as structured networking and engagement will come together to create an event which will attract seed and growth stage start-ups, investors, large enterprise, multinationals, academia, media and key influencers within the start-up ecosystem.
The central premise of the event is to create a platform for the sharing of knowledge and insights by global multinationals, large innovative Irish companies and successful entrepreneurs through keynote presentations and panel discussions on the main stage.
Deep vertical panels, innovation showcases, technology demonstrations, structured networking, a delicious buffet lunch and all-day coffee will knit together to create the ideal environment for conversation, engagement and collaboration.
