Extreme Tech Challenge 2021
The Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC) competition is the world’s largest startup competition for entrepreneurs addressing global challenges.
Drawing from the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, XTC connects innovators with a network of investors, corporations, and mentors to help them raise capital, launch corporate collaborations, and scale their world-changing startups.
The Extreme Tech Challenge was founded to empower entrepreneurs and their companies with resources and networking so they can scale at low to no incremental cost.
Why apply?
Inspired by the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the XTC supports and showcases the innovators harnessing the power of technology to address the greatest challenges facing humanity and our planet.
Through its global startup competition, XTC provides top contenders with the potential for global visibility, the ability to raise capital, network with global entities (corporations, VCs, partners), and gain mentorship opportunities they need to pioneer technological breakthroughs and help power a sustainable future.
Prizes
The top global three finalists will be awarded a simple agreement for future equity (SAFE) note, with the first-place winner receiving $1,000,000, the second-place winner receiving $250,000, and the third-place winner receiving $100,000.
Additionally, the Top 10 global finalists will be selected to pitch their proposals to a panel of venture capital firms to receive a potential investment of up to $10,000,000 in equity financing.
