EXCITE is a European project for young entrepreneurs under the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program led by Creative Business Network.
The main objective of this program is to encourage entrepreneurship and growth in the European Single Market by helping financially young entrepreneurs and at the same time insuring the exchange between young entrepreneurs and their experienced senior colleagues. Also this program is aimed to make the young entrepreneurs learn from their entrepreneurship experience in another Member State. In this program, EXCITE is represented as a consortium of 7 partners among which is European Creative Business Network which is aiming to stimulate the entrepreneurship in Creative and Cultural Industries.
European Creative Business Network together with other members of the consortium has an objective to reveal creative entrpreneurs to help them in the first stages of their business insuring an “EYE exchange”. Afterwards, this support goes beyond facilitating the exchange and starts making further recommendations already through European Creative Business Network’s business expertise and creative business network.

- Creative Region Linz and Upper Austria
- Peopleing Estudio Bilbao
- City of Gelsenkirchen
- IT Valley Košice
The successful candidates of the project with a viable business plan project will provide with means to go to another EU MS to learn from their experienced and knowledgeable senior entrepreneurs there. During their stay, the entrepreneurs are invited to make practices, “getting practical experience all the while learning from the experienced hosting entrepreneur”.
The project is going to run from January 2015 through February 2017.This is an extraordinary experience which ultimately creates a number of invaluable fruitful collaborations which helps industries to grow.
