Under the European Employment and Social Innovation grant program, “EaSI” is a call for proposals is a European-level financing instrument in 2014-2020 which is directly managed by the European Commission. The objective of this program is to the best possible actions to contribute to the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy.

This opportunity provides the applicants with financial support for realization of the European Union’s objectives in the sense of promoting “a high level of quality and sustainable employment, guaranteeing adequate and decent social protection, combating social exclusion and poverty and improving working conditions”.

The main purpose of this call is to create an environment which fosters the organization, delivery of social services which create incentives and gives new ideas for policy innovation which ultimately will bring to the integration of the labour market. Integrated approach should be the core of the proposals which would bring the “integration of the long-term unemployed into the labour market”.

The proposals for this call should be submitted by referring to the application guidelines.  Some of the documents must be provided via the SWIM template while some of the other mandatory documents can be completed and attached electronically.

The evaluation of the proposals will be held within the period of November – May 2016. The applicants will be informed about the result during the month of June 2016. The grant agreement will be signed in July 2016.
