Eligibility: An emergency physician must be a Principal or Co-Principal Investigator. Co-Investigators from the emergency medicine team or other disciplines are encouraged. The Principal Investigator will make all arrangements for conduct of the proposed research and assumes responsibility for conducting the research projects and supervising the work of all associate investigators.
COVID-19 Research Grant Opportunity 2020
The Emergency Medicine Foundation is awarding funding of up to $100,000 in new research grants on emergency medicine areas related to COVID-19.
The goals of the Emergency Medicine Foundation COVID-19 Grant are to conduct research that will provide high-impact new knowledge to advance emergency patient care, improve the response of hospitals/healthcare and EMS systems, and protect emergency medicine healthcare professionals during pandemics.

The Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1972 by visionary leaders of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
To date, EMF has awarded more than $17 million in research grants to advance emergency medicine science and health policy.
