The Program

University Talent Programme is a Coca-Cola Enterprises trainee program that prepares top talent for management-level roles. It is a great opportunity to benefit from a structured career track within Sales & Marketing.

It is a 3-year long programme, during which you will have three rotations in real roles, giving you the opportunity to take genuine responsibilities and have an impact on the business from day one.
