Beyond HR Forum zooms into the Future of the work, the Future of HR, the Future Workplace and its impact on society.

Join the Forum for 2 days of inspiration, deep know-how exchange and exclusive networking to discuss “beyond HR”. You will meet in 2018 CHRO’s who are shaping the Future of HR!

The Forum aims to transform your thinking about the HR profession, shifting your paradigms to perspectives that you have not considered yet.

The forum moves way “beyond” the ongoing debate on HR, becoming an impactful journey and must-attend highlight for a progressive HR curriculum.

The Forum will address the technology changes that are impacting HR, but (where other conferences stop) we go “beyond” and also consider technology in the context of the society and how social impact can be generated.

Next to this, it will address how “de-humanized” HR can be “re-humanized” by building EX-centric companies.

Speakers

The Beyond HR Forum offers a platform for speakers who are “beyond” mainstream, those ones that generate impact in academia, in consulting or inside companies.

The speakers are at home in their profession, they impact in real-life (and speak less at large stages).

They have a point of view on HR that is deeply rooted in practice, publications, science or consulting or they are redefining the game as start-up.

They will explore the game changers that are impacting their businesses, economies, societies, environments and organizations.

The 2018 program involves an elite of forward looking thought leaders from around the world and a number of C level, world-class executives.

United by a common purpose to lift HR they are trying to design and shape the Future of work, the workplace and HR and share their perspectives with you.

Programme

This high-end, high-touch, two-day event is divided into plenary sessions, deep-dive masterclasses and a massive hackathon for social impact. The agenda includes:

  • 6 plenary keynotes from renowned CHRO level speakers
  • 5 deep-dive masterclasses with live case studies and panel discussions on the emergence of the online talent markets, the new world of Learning, Employee Experience, how agile can be scaled for impact, AI meets society and leadership in a digital and virtual world.
  • The Beyond HR Forum will support a social impact initiative. Through a massive hackathon, participants will help the scale this initiative.
  • A keynote from a leading author/thinker/futurist on technology and humanity
  • A memorable forum dinner in a 5-star gourmet style with music performed by one of the most accomplished award-winning CHRO’s.

Masterclasses

Participants will be invited into masterclass sessions with leading thinkers, practitioners and futurists who will provide tangible advice in building the future of the profession.

These will be highly interactive, extremely hands-on, work hard – play hard speed learning events with clear developmental goals to be realised by the audience.

Participants & Networking

The BEYOND HR Forum is renowned for the quality of its attendees and the opportunity to network.

Access is managed; in previous years some 30% of the registrations were turned down as we aim to build a heterogeneous and diverse platform for attendees, who are to a very large extent HR practitioners.

Traditionally, the Forum audience consists of Regional and Global HR Leaders, Vice Presidents, HR Directors, and CHROs.

The Forum location has changed and the new venue provides a maximum of opportunities to interact supported by a unique gastronomy and hospitality concept that builds a warm, welcoming environment outside the classic hotel conference facilities. Participant in previous years consistently highlighted the “special and personal atmosphere” that the Beyond HR Forum creates.
