Batchery Startup Incubator 2020

Founded in 2015, The Batchery is a Berkeley-based global incubator for seed-stage entrepreneurs ready to take their startup to the next level.

It is a community of veteran investors and advisors ready to provide you with ideas, insights, and networks. Its partnerships with law firms, technology providers, and other startup services mean that you start building your company the minute you join Batchery.

  Batchery startups are in a curated ecosystem – one that includes Batchery investors, Batchery advisors, and Batchery entrepreneurs. All of them have a stake in your success. The Batchery Lean Sprint

This is the first stage of startup heavy lifting. An experienced team will help you think through the problem you’re trying to solve, what makes you different, who are your customers, what is your business model, and how are you going to know if you’re succeeding or not.

Eight weeks, lots of homework, lots of help.

The Batchery Deep Dive.

This is for companies who are past stage 1. They’ve got a product, they have identified and developed customers, they’re looking to put their startup through the next set of hurdles.

The goal here is to create a masterful deal – not just a pretty deck, but a set of easily digested, clearly articulated frameworks for the company that has tested assumptions, metrics, and paths to business success.

Using one of the most popular platforms for sharing your business with investors, we help you make the case and become investor-ready.

This includes:

• your business model
• your go-to-market plan
• your competitive analysis
• your management team
• your corporate documents, financial statements and revenue projections
• your valuation, you ask and how you plan to spend the money.

Mentors and Advisors

If you’re an engaged Batchery startup, our Mentors and Advisors will help you grow. Some teach classes. Nearly all have office hours. Some serve as Managing Partners in the Batchery. Others serve on teams behind the scenes that are helping fine-tune the systems and the services that we provide.
