PITCH: 3 stages. 3 days. The battle to be crowned 2016’s best startup is on. Have you got what it takes?

PITCH is the startup competition at Collision that brings together the world’s leading early-stage startups for a live on-stage battle. PITCH features 108 of the top exhibiting startups at the Collision Conference in New Orleands, United States. PITCH is open to any startup attending Collision that has received under $3million in funding to date and has not had a discernible change in business model in the previous 3 years.

The top 108 startups that apply will present on stage at Collision in front of its distinguished judging panels and hundreds of attendees. Following the group stages, 20 startups will advance to the semi-finals. Just 3 startups will make it to the Final, live on Collision Centre Stage and will battle it out for a chance to be crowned “Winner of PITCH at Collision 2016”.

Startups will have 7 minutes each on stage: 4 minutes to pitch their idea followed by a 3-minute Q&A from the judging panel. Stratups will pitch in groups of eight for the first round with just eight proceeding to the semi-finals. Three will then fight it out in the final. This will be a fast-moving, competitive stage but also a fantastic opportunity to gain feedback and exposure for your company.

All applications will be recorded and passed to an independent panel of judges for assessment. The list of successful applicants will be announced on their blog on April 1, 2016.
