Set boundaries and learn to say ‘no’

These are crucial in both personal and professional time management. Ensure you are realistic about what you can take on and which tasks don’t align with your priorities. Try to:

  • Limit meetings to those necessary and with clear agendas. Avoiding those long and unproductive meetings will boost your productive time.
